Hello, dear Atlassian Support team.
We usually make daily export for recent tickets via filter on the "Search issues" page by clicking "Export" -> "Export Excel CSV (all fields)". Recently our exporting began to relink us to the page with th error ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE. While investigating the issue we found that the reason is only in one ticket. Somehow the fields filled in break the export, though the option with "Export Excel CSV (current fields)" works for this ticket (and all the other export options work as well).
Reading the ticket in XML format I've only found strange value for the CustomField - Rank:
<customfieldvalue>2|i07tp3:</customfieldvalue>
When I try to edit the issue, adding custom fields for visability - this field leads to hanging the page, nothing appeares in the screen.
Could you please help me to find/fix the cause of the issue?
