Hi @Roja Gurram ,
Lucene refers to the syncing between your JIRA application with the indexing. The health check runs automatically as does the auto indexing of issues. It would have happened that the lucene index is not in sync with the data and hence the health-check is failing.
I've found that locking JIRA and re-building the index resolves this issue. Can you try this and let us know, if it helps?
Thanks,
Milan
Fully agree with Milan. But keep in mind that full reindex will make your instance unavailable the time the index will be created. :)

Hi @Roja Gurram ,
it depends on the reason why Lucene health check failed. Can you klick on "Find out more" and show or tell us the underlying reason for this issue?
