Hi,
As I have read many posts about EAR/WAR installation vs standalone installation I decided to give it a try, but I can not find installation(only standalone).
Please, can you point me in some direction on where to find it?
Thank you,
Srdjan Stankovic
Atlassian used to provide EAR/WAR packages for Jira. However we don't do this any longer starting with Jira 7.0.0.
If you like you can still find the previous WAR packages for Jira 6.x and before over in the Jira Download Archives.
That said, it still might be possible for you to create your own for modern versions. But in order to do this, I think you are going to need to download the source code yourself and generate this WAR file yourself.
Atlassian ended all support for these kinds of packages a while back.
You can get the EAR/WAR by downloading either the tar.gz archive or the zip archive.

That is not actually a WAR/EAR package. Even the targz and zip installation packages are all technically stand alone installation packages now. More details in the What is a Jira WAR distribution?
Atlassian no longer provides WAR files for any version of Jira starting with 7.0.0.
