Early Access Features - Dependencies in Plans

I'm trying to enable the Dependencies View in plan ins my premium trial. Documentation says that I need to access the "Plans" global menu and then the "Administration" option, but I don't see one. I just see "Settings" 

 

Where should I enable dependencies? Is this option not showing up because I'm on a trial version?
