Dear Team!

According to Release Notes for the Version 3.0, Teams should only see their own Epics and Shared Team Features on their Team Planning Board.

However, it seems that at least one of the teams still sees all the Epics on the Roadmap and the swimlanes are not visible at all.

Why?

Thank you,

Regards,

Diana

Hi Diana,

Thanks for reaching out via Community. My name is Teagan and I'm a Product Manager here at Easy Agile.

That's correct, in Easy Agile Programs 3.0 we did introduce Team swimlanes on the Program Roadmap.

Team Swimlanes will not appear on the Program Roadmap, unless an Epic/Feature has been dragged into that Team's swimlane via the 'Edit Roadmap' screen (see GIF below).

Edit Roadmap Screen - Easy Agile Programs.gif

Any Epic/Feature scheduled into the Shared Team Features swimlane will appear on the Team Planning Board for every Team + the Epics/Features that were dragged and dropped into their team swimlane (as seen above).

For historical Program Increments (that is, any Program Increment created before upgrading to 3.0), all issues appear in the Shared Team Features swimlane by default. Clicking 'Edit Roadmap' for those historical Program Increments will give you the ability to move your Epics/Features into their designated Team swimlanes, and then they will appear on your Program Roadmap.

Are you able to confirm that dragging an Epic/Feature into a Team Swimlane, visualises that swimlane on your Program Roadmap? Please also feel free to reach out to support@easyagile.com if we can provide you with more assistance/guidance.

Thanks Diana, looking forward to hearing back from you
