Eazy BI question

Hi, I'm relatively new to EazyBI and just have a question for its usage.

In a scene which the workflow looks like this:

Open -> Resolved -> Closed

                    ㅣ

     ^------Reopen------^

When a certain person changes an Open issue to Resolved status, and the resolved issue is Reopened after, I'm trying to find the initial person who made the first change (open -> resolved).

In addition to that, if possible, I also want to find out the Reopen percentage 

Hopefully I can get a guide for this circumstance.
