Edge allows simple User to copy all JIRA users using STR-A/STR-C in an Issues View of a Project

Does anyone experienced the following: if you use an edge browser, login to JIRA Software, go to a Release Information, press STR-A, STR-C and paste the content into an excel sheet, you will receive not only the issues list of the release phase, but additional links about the confluence structure and a plain text list of all JIRA users of the system by Name, Surname (userid).

It seems that there is no proof of the users rights to access the "User Management"Information in between the edge session - on other browsers this does not happen.
