I have a field that contains a different values. I need to edit some of these values but I don't know how these velues will appear at the issues that already have that value at field.
Actually, that's what I need.
So, the question is, if I edit the values, these changes will be reflected at the created issues, o may I will have to change it by a massive change.

If I understand you correctly, you wanted to edit the options in a dropdown custom field. If yes, then you can edit the existing options on custom field screen. And this change will reflect on your existing issues. New value will get reflected on existing issues automatically. Its not needed to perform bulk change/update. You will get only one side effect after update of the option in dropdown - If you have existing filters with old valve, then those filter will not work and you need to update the filters.
And if you to delete any existing option from dropdown custom field, it will delete the value in existing created issues. To overcome on this, you can disable the option (instead of deletion) in dropdown field.
