Edit a specific field in closed Issue

Use case is, I want a specific field(label) to be  always editable even if the issue is closed.

We do not want to remove existing workflow property too.

Is there any way to achieve it?

Hi Saravanakumar,

1.You can simply add the field to the Edit Issue Screen for issues.

2.Create a new transition from final status (eg. Close->Close) and add a screen that include the field. You may restrict this transition to elevate roles as Admin, Project manager, etc.
