Edit button disappear .

Hi 

How to hide the transition buttons 

Ex: while i going from one transition to other transition i should see EDIT button on issue  and after proceeding further transition  the EDIT button should be hidden

Edit and Transition are two entirely separate things.  Transitions move issues through your workflow, Edit is for changing data.

If you are unable to use the Edit button, then you have no permission to do so.  Check the permission scheme first, then look at "workflow properties", as it is possible to block editing with them.
