Edit comment popup: not possible to paste a screenshot in the text area

Hi, 

When I edit a comment on an issue, I would like to be able to paste a screenshot in the comment. But when I try to paste (CTRL+V or right click > paste) nothing happens. I would like to have the same behaviour as in the description field of an issue.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
