Edit the layout of tabs for a specific issue type

We have an issue type "Release" and on that it has multiple tabs (due to the number of custom fields needed for the ticket)
When I have a radio button it displays like the attached screenshot (title then 4 options below it).
I would like it to display as title then 4 options next to it. What do I have to edit so it will only affect this tab and issue type?
