Editing issue type

Hi,

I need to edit an 'issue type name'. I have clicked on 'administration'->issue type-> and edited the issues type name. But the change is not getting reflected in any of the screens and in the 'create issue' screen.

I have checked the database. The name has been updated in database also. Any idea why is not getting reflected in the create issue screen.

Does clearing the browser cache help?

Depends on the browser. Look in the "options" or "preferences" menu for privacy type words.
