I am changing JIRA instance from ABC.atlassian.net to XYZ.atlassian.net. I want to move all the data from abc to xyz. How should i move all the JIRA settings that includes(JIRA settings, workflows, Service desk projects, access, customers etc) to new instance?
N@Shaikh Arif Mohd Mondal , Atlassian is now supporting a change to the cloud URL so if that is your only motivation I encourage you to reach out to Atlassian Support.
When you say "move", do you mean you simple want to drop ABC and transfer everything to XYZ?
To do that, you can now get Atlassian to change the ABC part of the URL.
If you want to do it manually, you can take a backup of ABC (from admin -> backups), download it, then restore the file in XYZ. This will overwrite everything in XYZ, but you will get everything.
Or do you want to do partial merging?

I do not want partial merging.
Is is possible that JIRA can do this task for me.

No, you can't do it in Cloud Jira.
You need to raise a request with Atlassian support, giving the real current and desired values for ABC and XYZ
