El campos “país” no me aparece en el principio de la pantalla

Comunidad, el motivo de esta consulta es para poder entender ¿por qué el campo “país” no me aparece en el principio de la pantalla en la sección de “Detalles” y me aparece al último? 

Considerar que lo tengo configurado para que aparezca en al principio según la vista.

 Y ahora me está apareciendo al último abajo.

The “country” fields do not appear at the beginning of the screen

Community, the reason for this query is to understand why the “country” field does not appear at the beginning of the screen in the “Details” section and appears last?
