Hi There,
I have limited knowledge in Jira however our organisation has Jira Service desk installed and we use Elevator to assign tickets to the team (4 team members)
Within Elevator we have set up roster with an Even workload, however over the past 6 months 1 team member on average gets 150 additional tickets per month.
The workload allocation is set to Even
Max Capacity per person is set to 650 issues
Elevator version installed = 3.9.4
Do you have any advice or recommend any changes?
