I am struggling with email handler to create a new issue when there is no ticket number in the subject and add comment from last reply only when ticket number is in the subject. if I choose "create new issue and add comment" handler it add entire email body in the comment. if I choose "add comment before specific marker or separator in the email body" it did not create new ticket.
