Email Issues to Jira

Is there a way to do the following

1) We have people working on an issue, quite a lot of time they are entering "Sent email to XYZ" in the comment. Is there a way to send an Email in outlook and say BCC the email to your Jira Instance with the Issue ID so the email content it tagged in the issue.

2) When they get a reply to the email, they can say "copy content to Issue ID"

Please see these two articles about email handlers and responding to JIRA generated emails. In general, if you respond to a JIRA shared email, the response can be added to the comments.
