Email Notifications not working after adding a domain

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

After adding and verifying a domain in Admin>Settings>Emails any email notofication from both Jira Software and Jira Service Management stopped working for all projects.

We reverted change we did for Jira Service Management (only email change we did), removed the domain, but still the email notifications are not working, not emails in Jira Service Management

Any other notifications via Teams, Web, Mobile App are working as expected.

 

Any ideas/suggestions?

You can use the Notification helper to check if the setting is correct. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-the-jira-admin-helper/

 

If everything here looks in order, then you may want to get in touch with Atlassian Support, they can check the logs at their end that may highlight the issue : https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
