Hi All,
Is there a way you can add more than one email address in project settings under the (Email Request) Tab?
I can only add one custom email account and have no option for another one.
Thanks
Hello @Dylan Chadinha
Thank you for reaching out.
Per your description, I believe you are talking about the Email Request menu under the project settings of JIRA Service Desk projects. Is that correct?
Indeed, it is not possible to set multiple incoming e-mails to a single Service Desk project, however, we clearly understand how useful this feature would be to allow users to choose what request type they are creating.
That being said, we created the following feature request to implement this ability:
Allow multiple email address to be associated with a single Service Desk
Feel free to vote and watch the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.
Additionally, there are some workarounds available using Webhooks and some other functionalities. Please, take a look at the feature request comments to check how some users achieve those workarounds.

@Petter Gonçalves Are email requests only able to be set in service? not business or next gen?

Hello @[deleted]
Jira software projects (Business and Software) can also be configured to create issues from e-mail, although they use a different e-mail handler.
To know how you can create issues from e-mail in Jira Core and software projects (Both classic and next-gen), please take a look in the documentation below:
