Email Templates in Jira 5 - Adding CustomFields

Hi,

How can we add customfields in the Jira email notifications? I use to be able to modify the old templates in Jira 4.2.4 (version i was using before) but with the new version, seems like the templates completely changed.

I want to add some CustomFields in the email notifications, but I dunno how to acheive that in the new Jira Templates.

Does anybody knows how to do that?
