I am a "Reporter" on a ticket in JIRA.
How can I get email notifications, for when items are move to each column - I have all the email notifications settings turned on- but I would like to see when a ticket is moved to a column called "in Progress" and then move to "resolved"

There are several ways you can approach this.
1. Add yourself as a Watcher to the issue. Then check the Notification Scheme attached to the project to see when the Watcher gets notified for each action.
2. Add an activity stream gadget to a personal dashboard. Use a filter that captures which issues you want to follow.
3. Create an Automation For Jira rule that emails you when certain actions take place.
4. Add a post function to the transition to each of these statuses to send you an email.
