Hi - I am looking at setting up Jira service project and one question we have is how do I communicate with outside email adress in a service case?
Example of a workflow
1. Service request is mailed in with a service request for a printer
2. Communication or control of printer with the conclusion that we need to order a new ink cartridge.
3. How do I move the Communication to the ink cartridge supplier?
The ink cartridge supplier has no need to see the original communication.
The Reporter should not be involved in the communication
But I would like to keep al communication in the case
We support this using the Send Email from Issue feature in Notification Assistant for Jira Cloud. However, you will need to think about what you want to happen when the cartridge supplier or whoever responds via email.
