I setup the automation to let the reporter receive an email when he creates a task but it is not working!! I tried it with another project and it does work!!
Can you please help me?

Could you please share the automation? Is the automation created globally?
This is the config, I dont know what do you mean by "created globally"

As you mentioned that it worked for another project I wanted to make sure that the 'Scope' is set to the correct project (either specific or global). You can see to which project this rule is applied in the screenshot.
The automation itself seems to be correct. Could you check the Audit log for further detail if any? You say that the automation does not work, so you should see either 'Some errors' or 'No actions performed'.

The rule is Global administration like the other project where it worked!!
In the audit log there is only "Config Change" it is like I have never created any task although I did create 3 tasks
