Email notification format

We changed the cron expression for the interval field in the Edit Service: Mail Queue Service from the default to 0/10 0 0 ? *** which was expected to change the interval to check for mail in the queue to 10 seconds.  We quickly  realized this setting changes it to queue up and only deliver at midnight.  We changed it back to 0****? and mail is flowing as expected but the format of the emails has changed.  No other changes were made other than what I mentioned.

The attached pics show the way it was before (1) the change and then after (2) the change.  It also has changed the format of the subject string.

 

Thanks for any pointers to resolve this.

I see a lot of views to this post but no comments.  Have I posted this to the wrong forum, not provided enough info, have I stumped the community on my first post or am I asking a noob question and being shunned? :)

no, you did everything right. But as this seems to be a weird problem, I think no one has an idea how to solve this.
