We have Database developers which are assigned to group DB Developers. We have DB Developers lead and we would like him to get notification when Issue is created, updated, etc. and assignee is part of DB Developers group.
You would need an addon e.g. Scriptrunner, automation for Jira, etc. that would listen for creation and assess the conditions and the send email.
