Email notification transcript

Is there a way to include the entire transcript of all communications in email notifications rather than just separate user commenting on updates? 

 The reason why this came up is that it would be less confusing for staff to be able to see the entire communication in each email notification instead of having to piece comment updates from a chain of email notification updates.
