Email notifications for particular field value

Hi Team,

We would like to get email notifications for all events (updated, created, closed) based on custom field value.

Basically we have a customfield X with options A,B,C. If we have 10 issues in value A (Custom field X = A) we would like to send notifications for a person when those 10 issues are updated and if any new issue is added in this criteria.

We have scriptrunner and automation for jira plugin handy. Can anyone help us in this scenario how to achieve the expected result.
