Email pulling with out IMAP

Hi Team,

I just want to know is there any alternate way to pull email in Jira, when end users send mail.

Now, the organization is not enabling the IMAP/POP protocol as it is little old but asking to use MAPI protocol but unfortunately MAPI is not there in Jira.

Earlier, we were using the OAuth2.0 with Azure app registration and it was working fine.

But as the IMAP protocol is disabled, we are unable to fetch mail using mail handler in the incoming mail features of Jira

So, Anyone knows any alternative of the OAuth 2.0 or any plug-ins which can help us to use the incoming mail features of Jira with out IMAP protocol
