Email response to JIRA issues is not getting updated??

Hi Team,

Email response to JIRA issues is not getting updated. Until today when I respond to JIRA emails of comments by others or anything respective JIRA was being updated, however, today I have responded to JIRA emails and none of them were updated.

i have never done outgoing or incoming mail related issues am new jira admin please proved detail information to resolve this problem.

Have a look at the Jira application logs - it sounds like it has stopped processing the incoming mail, and there is likely to be an error message to tell you why.
