I'm looking for some advise in regards to email chains sent into jira ticket.
A user who was a request participant emailed a chain which included images, text and also included email signatures did not ingest into Jira correctly.
In the comments only the images were added to the ticket but not the text.
I know there is a limit to the characters - but the chain was not particularly long
Is there a limit to size of attachments/text which is stopping the text?
