Email template customizing

Hi,

Is it possible (in JIRA Server) to customizing the emails. Now I receive an update from issue tickets per week, but is very clearly.

Can I make changes in HTML so the emails will be nicer??

It is not possible to chance the layout in JIRA =>System? Or something like that.

Sadly, no.

There are a couple of add-ons which allow you to change emails.
