When I 'share' an issue with another user, they are not receiving an email. This has only started recently. Note:
- People receive emails from outlook from me perfectly fine
- When other people share an issue with me I receive an email fine
Any ideas why it's just picking on me?

The described scenario seems to match the one described in below bug ticket:
If that's the same issue, everything should work fine using the new issue view.
Can you kindly review the above ticket, try to share an issue using the new issue view, and let us know whether you are affected by the same issue or not?

You may want to set yourself as a watcher so that you will be notified in case of any update on the bug (the status is 'in progress' so I assume someone is already working on it).

UPDATE: The fix for this issue should have been already deployed.
