Emails sitting more than 15 minutes in the mailbox before added to Jira.

I have replied back to the Jira Email and that email is sitting in the email box for more than 15 minutes before added as a comment.

Which wastes lot of Organization Time.

How to reduce the time. Can we set that email should not sit more than 5 mins in the mail Box.

For your Info, There are no Mail left in the Mail Queue. and my Error Queue is empty

which Jira version are you using? If you're on Jira 8 do you have batch notification enabled?

I am on 7.11.2 version. My emails are sitting in the mail for around 20-30 mins.

Could You please check 'incoming mail -> handler' settings?

I have checked the mail Handler and the delay time is 1 minute for my Handler.
