Hi,
Using notifications via the Service desk, we have an option to send the emails to "Customers Involved"
I want to replate the SD notifications by Automation for Jira to have more control over what to send and when to send.
I can select the "reporter" in the destination but can't find the option to send to all customers (reporter + Organization).
Is this is an option, it's possible?
How can I replicate SD notification?

probably "Request participants" could work here - these are the users, with whom is the issue shared.
Indeed, I would add reporter and request participants.
The customers involved is an alias for those users in the customer notifications.
