Embedding web link (Preview) in Jira automation

Goal: Setup Jira Automation to make comments with link preview (Embedded link) to match the attached screenshot

Challenge: The Jira markup wiki mentions using !item_to_embed! (link) for such purpose but it does not work with a web link.

Did anyone find a solution for that?
