Empty Roadmap

Hi all, Friday i finished my roadmap in Jira with epics, tasks and stories but today getting in i find my Roadmap empty. It's not the first time it happens...

Maybe the reason is that i have a Roadmap BETA version?? i don't know.... how i can solve it??

Hi @Stefano Mengotto 

Would you please post an image of what you are seeing?  That will help the community provide ideas.

Next, the basic roadmap (shows up as "Roadmap Beta", I believe) uses the Start Date and Due Date for the epics to show information.  If you run a JQL filter of your epics, including those fields, do they have values?  And, are the values within the timeframe you are showing on the roadmap?
