Empty backlog on Jira OnDemand 6.2

My colleague has created two new projects and one of them doesnt have any issues in the backlog even though there are issues created in the project. I tried comparing the settings on both projects as well as looking at other questions but couldnt figure it out. (For instance, field Sprint is managed by Jira etc).

Hi Thinh,

My first suggestion from Agile would be 'Board' > 'Configure' and select 'Columns' from the left hand sidebar. Check for any statuses in the 'Unmapped Statuses' section. If there are any, just move them to the right to the correct column.

Alternatively, the filter may be exclusing the issues. To check out the filter select 'General' from the left hand sidebar and make sure the 'SAved Filter' is inclusive of the issues you expect.
