Enable Insight for Jira issues

I would like to enable Insight for Jira.

In Add Custom Field I can't fine the Insight Object/s field.

Could you please let me know what i am missing?

Thanks. I assume you are referencing the documentation and not getting the specified results? Assuming so I would start with their support. I did find some tutorials out there on YouTube but unsure if they are cloud or server. While they should be similar I do expect differences.
