Enable Nested Groups in Confluence

In Confluence, I don't see an edit button in the Confluence Internal Directory field.
I would like to check Enable Nested Groups by analogy as in Jira.
Tell me how to reproduce this.

I do not go through the Asset Directory.

Yes, I went under the admin inside Confluence and Confluence version 6.15.2. Didn't help))) I don't see the button.
All admin rights for the account of the internal directory have been issued!
