Enable/disable the popup that popups after creating issue?

Do we have to enable/disable feature for the popup that popups in the left below corner after creating an issue in the Jira cloud?

unfortunately you can't do that. There was a request in the Atlassian backlog but team decided to not implement this feature https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-35663

It's should be issue types independent
