Hi, somebody knows how to enable more fields in JIRA, becase for example, if a try to make a massive bulk, into the workflow in the section where we need to map the fields... not appears the option "acceptance criteria", but that field is active into manual creation issues, but in massive is not appearing.
In which section can I enable that fields for massive bulk?
Regards
Hi Ramon!
You could try to add these fields to edit screen, assotiated to this issue types.
It seems that fields visible on transition screen are not present on edit screen
This is a good practice to restrict field edit to specified users.
Best regards,
Vasiliy.
Hi Vasiliy
Into the issue the field "accepance criteria" is assotiated into all the issue types, but when I try to make a massive bulk into the step to map each fileds, acceptance criteria is not appearing.
In which section I can associate the fields for bulk change?

This field should be on edit screen on screen configuration.
It seems that you are about field configuration sheme, but you need screen scheme

Yes, I did that but the field is not appearing into massive bulk. If I create a new story in manual way, "acceptance criteria" is appearing... but if a try to make a massive bulk, is not appearing into the map fields.
