What are the options available for enabling customer satisfaction surveys for all issues in JIRA Software?
I think people are still interested in this - is there any update after more than 3 years since this was originally asked?

So we are using JIRA software and not service desk. I am aware of the plugin - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.candylio.jira.plugins.jira-csat/server/overview but am looking for other options.
