I would request for your help to know the end to end cycle while designing and developing a project in JIRA.
like i have to start with below sequence- is that a correct one or i am missing any steps, please suggest or guide me to accomplish this chapter.
1-Project creation
2-Issue Types
3-Workflow
4-Screen
5-Custom fields
6-Roles
7-Permission schemes
8- Notification
9- Dashboard & Reporting

That looks good to me, however I would say Custom Fields before Screen. That way, you have the fields that you need ready for your screens.
Ideally though, you can make a few standardized Project that you can use as a template for the next ones. Re-use what you do as much as possible and keep things clean. It's easy to start creating a lot of Custom Fields, but a lot more difficult to clean those up ;)
