End users of Jira are not able to raise incident in Jira through outlook email

Hi,

End users of Jira are not able to raise incident in Jira through outlook email.

But if same end users are added in Jira Service desk group then they are able to raise incident in Jira by sending an email to xyz.com mail ID.

Although in Jira services desk I cannot add more than 50 users when I was testing which gives me error as "Adding a user to the selected groups will exceed the number of allowed  users license in Jira service desk". 

Jira service desk group is of support executives who resolves incident & there we cannot add users.

@Rohit Suryawanshi  , Can you look at the 'Customer permission' and 'Permissions' section and see who has create issue permission in the project?

Hi, I checked the customer permission, all end users can raise incident from Jira portal already but not from email.

Even in customer permission, if I changed setting to "Anyone can email the service desk or raise a request in the portal" then also it is helping me. Those end users are already in Jira & with LDAP authentication.
