Enforcing logging of time

Hi all

Is it possible to enforce a user to log time in JIRA. I would like to make the field mandatory but my problem here is that the user might enter one hour and then work another few hours and then not be forced to enter any more data. Are there any workflows I could add here?

I think that's the best you can do other than educating/reminding your users your process.
