EnityID for EntityName missing while importing/migrating one project from server to server

Hi 

I moved my cloud instance to the server. Then I am trying to migrate some projects from this server instance to another server instance of Jira.

While importing the XML i am getting the below error

There was a problem parsing the backup XML file at /var/atlassian/application-data/jira/import/JIra.zip: The entityId of entityName '243032' is missing

when i checked in the entity.xml these entity tags seems to be incomplete. there are a lot of them . Not sure how to overcome them or remove or add some dummy data to them?

Hi Durga_panda,

It is caused by the fact that your source instance is a clone of a cloud instance and has Cloud and Server has different architectures then this will cause errors with the entities from them being different. Specifically, this error seems to be caused by the Next Gen projects, to fix it you will need to edit the entities.xml file and add some attributes.
