Enter an external URL from Jira script listener and take some values from the page

Hello,

I want to use an external web URL (that have username and password to get in) from workflow (post-function),

and from that page I need to take some values and create sub-tasks to the issue according those values.

How can I do it ? Do you have an example pt idea?
