Is advice from an Enterprise Advocate included with a Cloud Plan subscription? If so, from which plans?

There is a so-called "Enterprise" packaging of all Atlassian Cloud applications. I think it includes some consultation work per month, too, but maybe it's better if you click "Contact Sales" here:
