I am following the documentation for entity properties in Jira Cloud literally exactly. I am able to GET/PUT/POST to my instance fine and the data is stored correctly.
However, I am unable to access the values through JQL. I have the atlassian-connect.json setup according to the same documentation listed above but it still doesn't register in JQL.
I was having the same problem. Entity properties were accessible through the API but not searchable. What solve the problem was to reinstall the plugin.
